The 2026 Northeast Regional Dairy Challenge contest has moved to Greek Peak Mountain Resort in Cortland, New York. We invite you as a student, sponsor, or volunteer to learn more about the event and make your plans to join us.

Event Schedule & Check-In
The event will get underway at 10 AM on Thursday 10/15 and wrap up by 1 PM on Saturday 10/17. When you arrive, please stop by Dairy Challenge Central to pick up your name tag and receive any updates to the schedule or your assignment.
Meals
We encourage sponsors to join students for meals on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
To help offset costs, we ask sponsors to purchase meal tickets for lunches and dinners. Payments can be made at Dairy Challenge Central upon arrival — credit cards are accepted.
Volunteer Hotel
The event will be held at Greek Peak Mountain Resort, 2000 NY-392, Cortland, NY 13045. Hotel rooms are available in the Dairy Challenge room block through September 15, 2026. Note: all rooms previously booked at the Holiday Inn Auburn were canceled by the hotel. If you booked a room but did not receive a cancellation notice from the hotel, we encourage you to contact the hotel directly.

Arrival date: Thursday October 15, 2026 (rooms are available for early check in on Wednesday, October 14)
Departure date: Saturday, October 17, 2026 (rooms are available for Sunday checkout)
Room rate: $149+tax/room/night*
Last date of booking: Tuesday, September 15, 2026
*Note: A valid credit card and first night’s stay is required at time of booking with remaining balance of the stay charged 72 hours prior to arrival. Early departures are subject to one night’s room, tax and fees. Cancellations made prior to 14 days of arrival date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days and prior to 72 hours are subject to one night’s stay. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged first night’s stay and $50 cancellation fee.
