Dairy Careers
Platinum and Dairy Producer sponsors now have even more incentive to participate in the program: A new Dairy Careers page where sponsors can quickly and easily post at no cost positions available within their organizations. With nearly 2,000 dairy student alumni, the site will attract the best and brightest and most capable young minds in the dairy industry.
The site will be divided into three categories: internships; full-time employment; and dairy farms looking for interns and employees.
Each time a new posting appears, an alert will be sent to 150 university Dairy Challenge coaches and posted on the NAIDC Facebook page. Positions will be posted for 60 day increments. In the near future, a page for posting resumes will be added to aid employee recruitment efforts.
Dairy Challenge alumni and friends who are seeking employment and internships will have a convenient way to see these postings in a place where they are already visiting. For more information about this benefit for Platinum and Producer sponsors, click here
